Administrative Assistant - Oregon Integrated Health [United States]


 

Oregon Integrated Health is a Primary Care Medical Clinic. We have clinic locations in Portland, Eugene, Salem and Florence Oregon.


Oregon Integrated Health is seeking a high-level, part time Administrative Assistant with duties to include property management of 3 buildings as well as support our leadership team with tasks and keeping organized. This position will work directly with our leadership team that includes two business owners, HR and our Directors of Clinical Operations to manage and complete various tasks, so flexibility and the ability to work well with others is a must.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1) Set up billing on a vendor such as bills.com so all invoices and payments are tracked and all automatically paid


2) IT Inventory – all clinical locations on one excel – active/inactive

With serial numbers


3) Property Inventory – One excel for each clinical and admin location for tracking for insurance purposes


4) Property Manager – Contact and establish relationships with vendors to provide property services as needed. Set up vendors needed on excel for each location ie. Landscaping, emergency contacts etc.


5) Process mail and other light office tasks as required.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Two years of general office or secretarial experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience coordinating and implementing administrative processes, including analysis, trackng, and communication
  • Previous experience working in an administrative capacity in a healthcare desired, but not required

JOB DETAILS


  • Part Time, Non-Exempt position. 20 Hours Per Week
  • $30.00 per hour based on experience.
  • Reports to the Human Resources
  • 7 Holiday Clinic Closures and 1 Floating Holiday
  • PTO benefits become available after 90 days of employment. Accrued Sick time and Paid Holidays available upon hire.
  • Up to 80 hours of accrued Vacation PTO per year based on FTE
  • Up to an additional 40 hours of Frontload PTO per year based on FTE
  • Up to 40 hours of accrued protected Sick time each year
  • Health, dental and vision insurance coverage available with employer contribution on first day of month following 60 days of employment.
  • 401K Option (after meeting eligibility requirements)
