- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
The Client is seeking to acquire Master Business System Analysis with experience in IT application development project management or Program Management experience for a government or private sector project, with experience leading projects with at least a $5 Million budget. This position shall be utilized to support the modernization of the Unemployment Insurance Benefits System (UIBS). The incumbent shall demonstrate knowledge of both business process design and general IT systems knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be providing the business requirements expertise to the project on a daily basis. This includes working with technical and program resources to monitor the progress of delivering system requirements, evaluate the quality of deliverables against business requirements, assess quality of use cases, test cases, and system requirements. The candidate will also perform Project Management activities related to his/her area of involvement. This project involves systems enhancements and ongoing development of a new application, and system interfaces etc.

Application Question(s):
- Experience in DevOps analysis and leadership ?
- IV&V, QA, or project governance activities, including developing project governance reports ?
