Virtual Service Operations is searching for an individual to join our team as a Deskside Support Ticket Dispatcher. This individual will be receiving ServiceNow tickets, incidents, and asset requests, then dispatching them to the appropriate technicians and teams.Qualifications:
- Experienced with IT help desk and ticketing systems.
- Detail oriented
- Accustomed to working within ticket management systems such as ServiceNow
- Basic skills in Microsoft office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Permanent Resident
- Must be willing and able to work 100% remotely
