Pay:
All new employees start at $14 per hour with regularly scheduled pay increases. This is on top of the commission for each membership sold. Most employees make $17-$18 per hour on the weekdays with the average pay being above $20 on the weekends.
Joining the Team:
We are looking for sales-focused employees to help us bring more members on to help conserve as much water as possible. This position helps guests as they go through the car wash with a chance to earn a commission on every guest!
Perks of the job:
- $5 commission on every car that signs up. On average, most employees bring home an extra $200 per week. ($1 at sign up and another $4 when they renew)
- $500 sign on bonus after 90 days.

Position Summary:
- Team members assist customers with their wash selection, assist members with their membership needs, and work to sell Unlimited Wash Memberships.
The Ideal Candidate is:
- Positive Attitude
- Team oriented.
- Has reliable transportation
- Has a high school diploma, or GED (Required).
No experience is required, and all on-the-job training will be provided upon receiving and accepting a job offer!
