Job Summary:

Electronic Requirements Ordering Community(eROC) Customer Account Rep

eROC (electronic requirements ordering community) is a cost savings solution for detail part procurement. The saleable details include fasteners (nuts, pins, bolts, rivets, etc.) and small machine parts. We support our customers (Pratt & Whitney Assembly Suppliers) with sales order placement and delivery.

In this role you will have the opportunity experience program management with and partner with the different business functions including:

  • Procurement: Schedule Agreement coverage of demand; Delivery; Schedule Change
  • Materials - Supply + Demand Plant schedule synch and push to SNC; Transfer of Assets
  • Quality: Customer Returns
  • Warehouse & Distribution: Delivery Note execution and Customer shipment tracking
  • Finance: eROC price catalog maintenance, Invoicing, Credit and Collections
  • Legal: Terms and Conditions
  • ITC Export Compliance: Adherence to xClass, approved transfer tools, screening, export authorization
  • IT: Supplier Portal including periodic testing of enhancements and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service to Assembly Suppliers ordering detail components:
  • Program overview and Customer Set Up
  • Request for Quote, PO processing, PO supplements
  • Delivery Assurance to support Assembly build schedules
  • Highlight serious part overdue schedules on Critical Parts List to MSEN DH&T Supply Chain and General Management
  • Domestic and International Customers: Supplier, Inter Entity and Partner

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in Business, Supply chain or related field; or a Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Business, Supply chain or related field; In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in Business, Supply chain or related field will be considered
  • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications Desired skills:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, SAP P10 ECC, SAP P70 Global Trade Services, Supplier Portal, xClass, AMP, MK Denial

Additional Information:

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
