Lead Specialist - Cold Calling for Real Estate Company

We are one of the top a Real Estate Development Company looking for someone to do cold calling. The team is growing at a fast pace and we're looking for someone to keep up with us!

The ideal candidate will be driven, have a strong work ethic, competitive, and focused and will work hard on. Are you driven for sales? Then we must speak with you today!

15-20 hours/week

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound call and talk to all leads in the queue
  • Overcome objections on the phone
  • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
  • Schedule and conduct appointments
  • Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Qualifications:

  • Quick on your feet
  • Professional in attitude
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line

*This job requires you to be on the phone most of the day.
