Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing and process payroll and billing for field health care professionals, and assist with other field payroll functions using Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

What you will be doing:

  • Review and process timecards in the pay/bill system using the payroll dashboard
  • Process additional pay items using the TRM assignment sheet
  • Pay Meals and Lodging according to assignment sheet, and approved MLA contract
  • Download and enter VMS detail (if applicable)
  • Text talent to request timesheets if not received by noon on Monday
  • Reach out to facilities for timesheet approval
  • Review "Timecard Review" dashboard for errors and make corrections
  • Accurately set-up new hire information in Great Plains
  • Accurately set up/change Federal/State/Local taxes and direct deposit information
  • Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork
  • Process adjustments in the pay/bill system
  • Audit payroll entries for accuracy and adherence to federal, state and Company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience required
  • Must have the ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and work non-traditions shifts
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Support and engage in change management
  • Must successfully complete onboarding training tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet. Proficiency in Excel a plus
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
