As a Maintenance Shopkeeper at The RealReal, you're committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our retail environment. You're detail-oriented and passionate about presentation to ensure our clients have an amazing shopping experience. While you oversee all back-of-house housekeeping functions, you're able to flex your skills to support your team cross-functionally as needed. Most importantly, you embody the TRR culture through collaboration, driving results, and building for the future.

What You Bring To The Role
- 2-3 years housekeeping/ janitorial maintenance experience is preferred
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18.53 - $22.29 To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
