Customer Service Representative

The Position:

PackSmart is a growing packaging equipment and supply company looking to add a Customer Service Representative to support our sales team. The ideal candidate would have 1+ years’ customer service experience working in a B2B environment. Starting compensation is $19-$25/hour commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multi–task, prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in challenging and time-sensitive situations
  • 1 + years working with customers in a B2B industry
  • Knowledge of CRM Related Applications Preferred (experience with Zoho a Plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV a Plus
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Ability to Build Relationships
  • Energetic, Positive Attitude, Team-Oriented, Self-Starter who can work alone and collaboratively to achieve team goals

Responsibilities:

  • Processes orders
  • Follow up with customers on expected orders for the month
  • Track shipments and update customers as needed
  • Answer phones
  • Professionally handle customer issues
  • Confirm current pricing
  • Assist with sourcing products when needed
  • Set up and train new customers on E-commerce
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on other projects to achieve company goals
