We are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims processing, customer service, and dispute resolution. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, responding to customer inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

- Process and investigate insurance claims.
- Analyze claim documents and determine coverage eligibility.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants.
- Maintain accurate records of claims activity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims data.
- Provide customer service to claimants and policyholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
