We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist. The main responsibility of this position is to assist our operations team by processing and collecting records, entering data, and verifying accuracy of data.

Responsibilities:
- Input data into an inventory tracking system and input entity changes, such as name and address changes, on a computer system
- Perform general clerical work including filing, sorting, batching, or grouping documents
- Retrieve documents from file documents, associate documents with existing files
- Develop and maintain data standards, procedures, and training documents as required
- Recommend creative approaches to visualizing association data and data use
- Work with our billing and quality department to organize the workflow of data entry
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and standards
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and Outlook is a MUST
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with staff members.
- Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at least 50 wpm
