Job Description
OMNIA Partners is currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Director of Reporting & Analytics. The Director of Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for leading a team that will shape how data and analytics are used to drive operational excellence. We’re looking for a builder with deep business intelligence and analytics experience who can translate complex data into simple business recommendations and insightful visualizations.
This dynamic leader will lead the innovation for how OMNIA Partners derives, presents, and uses data insights to drive business decisions and actions. This role must balance many deliverables simultaneously, improve and transform processes and relationships across several different and expanding business models, and display strong leadership and development skills both with direct reports and across the broader organization. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
Summary of Responsibilities
  • Serve as a change agent within the organization, building an analytics-driven culture that fosters data-driven decision making
  • Manage teams responsible for the design, improvement, and delivery of ongoing and ad hoc reporting content for the entire company
  • Participate on a cross functional team to reconcile multiple data sources and design a comprehensive data warehouse repository that include sales, operations, and member program information.
  • Assist with metrics and other key performance indicators to evaluate overall business performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve and streamline team’s reporting processes, deliverables, and timelines
  • Enable company leadership to understand performance across portfolio of businesses, including established businesses as well as focus on new verticals with high paced innovation from a financial and customer behavior perspective
  • Design and deliver benchmark comparison reporting content
  • Effectively manage numerous projects at a given time in a fast-paced environment both individually and through direct reports
  • Coach and mentor staff, determine appropriate staffing levels, ensure employee development, maintain a positive employee relations environment, and develop analytical best practices that propagate throughout the organization
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Characteristics for Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience; 5+ years of management and leadership experience in reporting and analytics, specifically in connecting business strategy to processes for data management, pricing, analytics, data science, business intelligence, and/or reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work with all levels in the organization.
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, or other data visualization tools required; familiarity with SQL, R, or Python preferred
  • Knowledge of cooperative purchasing in Government or Private Sector is a plus
