Lecturer


 

The Princeton Neuroscience Institute has an occasional need for lecturers to act as lead instructors, and/or teach precepts in support of two large introductory neuroscience courses that are required for the major. In addition, the successful candidate may have the ability to teach an upper-level neuroscience elective. Appointment duty time is subject to enrollments, and any academic year 2023-24 positions are expected to begin September 1, 2023, or January 16, 2024, depending on the needs of the department. Responsibilities include organizing and guiding teaching assistants, mentoring students, grading student work, and holding office hours. Essential Qualifications: PhD in Neuroscience or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching at the undergraduate level is strongly preferred.
