PDR is responsible for 3rd party content acquisition, account and portfolio management within North America, with a mission focus on advocacy, ambassadorship and amplification of quality licensed content for Nintendo platforms.

The Product Planning team has released over 6,000 titles for Nintendo Switch LTD. Continuing to support and maintain these released and new titles is crucial to 3rd party title performance, publisher operations support, and customer purchasing experience.

** This is a CONTRACT position
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Manages assigned parters. Assists and monitors operational workflow for content set-up, approvals, release and changes.
  • Reviews and approves required assets for physical software.
  • Support and contact for publishes and liaison between publisher and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with NOA policies and procedures.
  • Reviews, processes, and troubleshoots physical & digital ecommerce (e.g. eShop, etc.) software releases.
  • Supports training of new product planning team members.
  • Execute order workflow for digital and physical orders.

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience required
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent.
** This is a CONTRACT position

This contract position has a base pay range of $27 - $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
