Family Syllabus: This musical family of four in Culver City is seeking a progressive and loving nanny for their family. Their daughter attends school Monday to Friday so the majority of the care will be for their sweet infant boy! He is a smart, happy little one who loves his big sister more than anyone. Their 9-year-old daughter is unique, brilliant, extremely creative, and neurodivergent. She is very artistic, and loves painting and doing other arts & crafts, as well as baking! The family would love for someone to bring art activities to keep her active. Their 6-month-old son is happy and curious! He loves banging on the piano and walking to the local park. The parents work from inside the home and they also have a housekeeper, a personal assistant, and night nurses for the baby. They have two darling cats as well so please be mindful of allergies.

If you consider yourself a calm but engaging and communicative nanny, you’d work wonderfully in this home! They would appreciate a nanny who can read the room and pivot with their son, to keep him engaged. Bring your best ideas for inclusive books and activities for these curious children! Candidates who are easygoing and flexible and can be trustworthy and discreet are an ideal match. A college degree is not required for this position. The nanny must have a clean, reliable vehicle and feel comfortable driving children.
Job Synopsis:A typical day in this position will be spent with the sweet infant, singing songs and reading the newest picture books! After-school care for their sweet 9-year-old along with homework help would be greatly appreciated! The general schedule for this position is Monday to Friday 7:30 am-5 pm, with room for flexibility. The family is guaranteeing 40 hours, though some days you may be working only mornings. This role is paying $35-40/hour gross with overtime, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and 401k. Please be passport-ready and open to travel for up to 2 weeks!
